Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the pd33 platform. By registering or logging in to the platform, you are considered to have accepted these terms.

1 General Terms
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
pd33 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pd33. By using any service on the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
1.2 Definition of Services
Services offered on the pd33 platform include: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino, slot games, fishing games, esports betting, and related promotional services. All these services are governed by the same Terms.
1.3 Language & Interpretation

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement
Important: pd33 is strictly for users aged 21 and above. Use of this platform by minors is completely prohibited.
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account on pd33 and use its services, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- Online gaming must be legal in the jurisdiction from which you are using the platform.
- You may hold only one account in your own name.
- You are participating on the platform voluntarily and with your full judgment.
- You are not on our list of prohibited persons.
2.2 Age Verification
pd33 reserves the right to verify age at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid identification may be requested if needed. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the balance.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To open an account on pd33, accurate and complete information must be provided. All information submitted at the time of registration must be truthful and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms.
3.2 Account Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:
- Keep your password strong and confidential.
- Do not share your login details with any third party.
- If you believe your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
- Log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. pd33 is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access.
3.3 One Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. If a single individual is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses will be forfeited. The system automatically detects duplicate accounts.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on pd33 is ৳500. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Deposited funds must come from a method registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
- Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source.
- After a successful deposit, funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- pd33 reserves the right to verify the source of deposits if necessary.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if active bonus wagering has not been completed.
- Withdrawals may be suspended and investigated if money laundering is suspected.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions on the pd33 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and any conversion fee will be displayed separately.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on pd33 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳48,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses require 25x wagering. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The wagering completion period starts from the date the bonus is awarded.
- If wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will expire.
- Restrictions on bonus use may apply for certain games.
- pd33 reserves the right to set wagering contribution percentages for specific games or markets.
5.3 Bonus Policy
pd33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in the following situations:
- If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found.
- If the same individual claims bonuses through multiple accounts.
- If any part of the Terms is violated.
- If a bonus is awarded in error, it will be reclaimed.
VIP members enjoy weekly cashback based on their tier — four tiers from Bronze to Platinum, ranging from 0.3% up to 1.2%.
6 Gaming Policy
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
pd33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on our platform are provided by certified game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, and many others. The outcome of every game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
6.2 Betting Rules
The following rules apply to sports betting:
- After a bet is accepted and before an event begins, pd33 reserves the right to cancel the bet if there is a technical error or incorrect odds were offered.
- Displayed odds may change; once a bet is confirmed, the applicable odds are fixed.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.
- Any attempt to take advantage of match fixing or other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical issue or system failure, pd33 will attempt to restore the last saved game state. If that is not possible, the bet amount will be refunded.
7 User Responsibilities
7.1 Honest & Responsible Conduct
As a user of the pd33 platform, you confirm that:
- You will not engage in any fraudulent activity.
- You will not interfere with other users' activity.
- You will not misuse software or technology.
- You will comply with all applicable laws.
- You will game within your own financial means.
7.2 Keeping Information Up to Date
It is your responsibility to keep the information on your account accurate and up to date at all times. If any information changes, notify our support team immediately.
8 Prohibited Activities
8.1 Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pd33 and may result in legal action:
- Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
- Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
- Attempting to hack or manipulate the system.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
- Abusing bonuses or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate any game.
- Attempting to circumvent any security measure of the platform.
9 Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 pd33's Rights
pd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms.
- Suspicion or evidence of fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
- Providing false identity or information.
- Violation of age restrictions.
- Access from a restricted region.
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
9.2 Account Closure Process
If you wish to close your account yourself, contact [email protected] or submit a request via live chat. The account will be closed after any valid balance has been settled. If closure is due to a violation of the terms and conditions, the balance may be forfeited.
10 Limitation of Liability

pd33 will not be held liable in the following cases:
- Losses caused by technical issues or internet connection disruptions.
- Problems caused by errors from third-party game providers.
- Theft of account information due to the user's own negligence.
- Missed opportunities during temporary service unavailability.
- Issues with the user's internet service provider.
10.2 Limit on Compensation Claims
For any valid compensation claim, pd33's maximum liability will be limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
11.1 Data Collection and Use

11.2 Data Security Measures
pd33 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Our systems undergo regular security audits. Financial transaction data is stored in a separate encrypted database.
12 Changes to Terms
12.1 Right to Amend
pd33 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will first be addressed through direct discussion.
